  2. Prepare 75 gm cabbage
  3. Take 75 gm capsicum or pepper
  4. Take 1 Green onion/Spring Onions
  5. Get 75 gm Onions
  6. Take Salt and Tumeric Powder
  7. Take Red chilli powder
  8. Take Garlic and All purpose seasoning salt. (Optional)
  9. Take Soy Sauce
  10. Take Egg or Chicken or Veggies (Choice)
  11. Make ready Green Beans (Optional)
  12. Take Green Chillies
  13. Get Coriander
Instructions to make Chicken and Egg Chowmin (Nepali Style):
  1. Make thin pieces of Capsicum, Onions, Spring Onions, Cabbage, Green Chillies
  2. Gently stir fry the onions by adding tumeric powder, dont overcook it
  3. Let it look like this
  4. Then add spring onions and chillies and do the same
  5. Add capsicum or pepper
  6. Add some garlic salt or normal salt and red chilli powder and stir it gently.
  7. These salt are good
  8. Thin pasta strings will be good, just add some salt and oil during boiling so they won't stick with eachother and wash it gently with cold water.
  9. Add pasta and soy sauce as much as you feel like adding and mix it well
  10. This ladle will be easier to mix it well.
  11. Beat the eggs
  12. Cook it in medium
  13. Cut it in thin slices
  14. Then serve as you like it.
  15. I added some chicken as well. Can add some coriander on top. I didn't cz it was finished šŸ™‚
