Heat butter in a non-stick pan and sauté 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, until it gets light golden brown color.
Next add, bell peppers, parsley, oregano and basil to it, sauté for 2 minutes, seasoning is ready for this pasta, keep aside
Boil 4 cups of water, add salt and oil to the water, now add penne pasta to the boiling water - Stir it occasionally, cook for 5 minutes, after 5 mins, check the pasta are perfectly boiled or not.
Then immediately remove it from the heat and strain the water from it in a strainer
To prepare creamy white sauce or béchamel sauce, take a non-stick pan, add 2 tbsp butter to it - When butter completely melts down, add maida or all-purpose flour to it.
Then stir it continuously and make the lump free butter-flour mix by stirring it continuously
Now add 1/2 cup of cold milk and Stir it continuously to mix well - Then gradually add the rest of the milk, stirring constantly, to make a smooth, creamy, lump-free white sauce.
Then add salt, nutmeg powder, and crushed white pepper and mix it nicely.
Once the white sauce is ready, add the pasta and mix it nicely with it.
Now add the seasoning, chilli flakes and sliced olives and mix it nicely with the pasta, cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame and then switch off the flame.
Then immediately add the grated parmesan cheese and Stir it once to mix it.
