  1. Take the paneer and cut square shape add cornflour 1 tbsp and maida and paper powder and chilli powder and mix softly and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in Kadai fry the paneer until light brown colour and keep aside.
  3. In a pan put oil add garlic and Ginger and 1 onion chopped add then add green Shimla Mirchi cut into square shape then add 1 onion square shape fry for 3 minutes the high flame then add soya sauce tomato sauce Schezwan sauce and fry for 1 minutes then add cornflour liquid and some water and fry for 2 minutes then add salt to taste and sugar and add fry paneer and mix well and cook for 5 minutes and garnish with green spring onions.
  4. Schezwan paneer is ready it is very delicious.
