  1. Get Sweet chilli & garlic paste
  2. Get 1/2 habanero
  3. Get Full bowl of bell peppers
  4. Get Pinch salt
  5. Get 1/2 knorr chicken cube
  6. Make ready 1 tsp oil
  7. Make ready Handful mushrooms
  8. Make ready 1/2 onion
  9. Get Peri peri turkey fillets
Instructions to make Sweet chilli&Garlic sauce:
  1. Heat oil
  2. Fry onion and habanero
  3. Add the Peri peri turkey fillet fry until it brown
  4. Add the vegetables (mushrooms, bell peppers)
  5. Add salt, chicken knorr cube and cover to simmer for 3 minutes
  6. After 3 minutes add the sweet chilli & garlic paste (you can add small water it's too tick)
  7. Mix well add cover it to simmer again for 5 minutes and it done
  8. Don't forget to reduce the heat to prevent it from burning.
  9. Serve with spaghetti or boiled rice
