The ingredients needed to make Leftover Rice Manchurian:
  1. Make ready 1 cup leftover rice
  2. Get 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup finely grated carrot
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
  5. Make ready Handful fresh coriander chopped
  6. Take Salt and black pepper powder as per taste
  7. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  8. Get For gravy–
  9. Take 1 onion finely chopped
  10. Make ready 3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  11. Get 1/2 inch ginger grated
  12. Get 1/4 cup cabbage grated
  13. Get 1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
  14. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  15. Prepare 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
  16. Prepare 1 tsp soya sauce
  17. Get 1 tsp vinegar
  18. Take 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  19. Get 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  20. Get Some spring onion chopped
  21. Get Salt and black pepper powder as per taste
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp corn flour
Steps to make Leftover Rice Manchurian:
  1. First in a bowl add cooked/ leftover rice and mash with masher.
  2. Now add all ingredients of rice balls and mix nicely like a dough.(squeeze extra water from cabbage and carrot before adding with rice and then mix, you can use squeezed water for gravy so Keep aside it.)
  3. Now grease your palm with little oil and make equal size of balls from this mixture.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil till nice Golden.
  5. Now for making gravy - heat a pan with oil,add garlic and ginger saute for few secs.add onion and stir for a min on medium flame, add cabbage and capsicum and cook for a min.
  6. Add all sauces,salt and pepper powder stir well add cornflour (add cornflour in squeezed water, mix well and then add in gravy).
  7. Cook for about half a min,add rice balls and mix till well coated.
  8. Rice manchurian is ready to serve.Serve hot.
