Get 1 kg Mutton Mince
Prepare 2 onion chopped
Prepare 1/2 tbsp garlic paste

Prepare 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Prepare 2 tsp roasted coriander powder
Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder

Take 1 tsp red chilli flakes
Make ready 1 tbsp garam masala
Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Take 1 tbsp maize flour
Take 1 tbsp corn flour
Take as needed Salt
Take 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions to make Seekh Kabab Recipe:
In a pot take Mutton Mince. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and coriander, mix/knead it well by hand for 5 minutes.
Now add all spices and again knead it well for 6-8 minutes.
Rest it for 30-40 minutes.
Now add maize flour, corn flour. Mix/ knead it well for 5 minutes and again rest it for 30 minutes.
Now grease the palm make make cylindrical shapes kabab. Prepare all kababs and keep it ready.
In a pan take oil heat up. Slow the flame and put kababs one by one and cook till it's color change to golden brown.
Delicious Kabab is ready serve with Ketchup, raita and Vegetable rice.
