  1. All ingredients
  2. Take a vessel add 03 glass water and let it boil
  3. Once water boils add hakka noodles according to instructions on packet.(do not overcook else noodles will turn mussy)
  4. Strain water
  5. Add cold water to stop further cooking of noodles and then add 01 tsp oil to avoid sticking with each other.
  6. Now, take a heavy bottom pan add 02 tbsp oil and 01 butter
  7. Add garlic and saute well for 30 sec approx
  8. Add slit green chillies and onions and saute well till onions become translucent
  9. Now add all chopped vegetables and saute for 2-3min as we have to keep vegetables crunchy.
  10. Add tofu & boiled mushrooms and mix it
  11. Add boiled noodles and add sauces - soya sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar
  12. Add salt and black pepper powder as per your taste and 01 tsp ajinomoto
  13. Mix it well
  14. Garnish with some coriander leaves(optional) as everybody does not like coriander leaves in noodles.
  15. Mix it thoroughly again and serve it hot and spicy hakka noodles
