Prepare 2 cup Leftover rice
Get 2 Boiled potato medium

Prepare 1/4 cup Corn flour
Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder

Take as needed Oil for deep fry
Steps to make Left Over Rice Bite:
Collect all ingredients. Take a mixing bowl add mashed leftover rice,chopped onion,grated ginger,chopped coriander leaves,gram flour,corn flour and all spices with salt. Make a hard dough.left 5 min rest.
Now take a square tray.place aluminium foil in a tray.gracing with oil.now place the dough and press with spoon. Now place it refrigerater/freezer for 30 min.
After 30min..place on plate and cut the cube or square shape. Now take a kadhai add oil for heat. Take one by one rice bite in to a heat oil,fry on medium to low flame untill crispy and golden brown.
Crispy and crunchy rice bite is ready for serve. Garnished with coriander.serve it with green/tomato chutney
