Take 1 cup leftover khichdi
Prepare 2 cups whole wheat flour

Get 3/4 tsp salt
Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp amchoor (dry mango)powder
Take As needed ghee to fry the parathas
Get As needed butter
Prepare 2 tsp pickle
Steps to make Leftover Khichdi Paratha:
In a parat/big mixing bowl add the whole wheat flour, besan, onion, green coriander, green chili, salt, red chili powder and amchoor powder. mix well.
Now add the leftover khichdi. Combine everything together.
Using some warm water knead a soft dough. cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat a tawa. Take a small portion of the dough. Using some dry floor Roll it out a little. spread some melted ghee and fold it like a parcel. roll out again using dry floor.
Cook the parathas on a hot tawa using ghee till brown spots appear and the paratha is completely cooked on both sides
Serve hot with butter, pickle and curd.
