  3. Allow to rest for at least 15 minutes,ideally rest for 30 minutes,can leave overnight in the Fridge,but Fridge needs to be at the right temperature so that it does not freeze over.Wrap in cling film when cold and then wrap Kitchen Foil over the top.Add too hot sauces at the last minute,or make lovely cold sandwiches with it.
