  1. Make ready 200 gms garlic bhujia
  2. Take 500 gms milk
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp oil

  7. Get 3 tomatoes, chopped
  8. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Garlic bhujia:
  1. Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan on a low flame.
  2. Add 0.5 tbsp of mustard seeds to oil.let the mustard seeds crackle.
  3. Add chopped green chili to the oil.stir fry four half a minute.
  4. Add chopped onions.let the onions fry on a medium flame until they turn translucent.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes cook until it turns soft.
  6. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  7. Mix well and fry 2 minutes.
  8. Add milk stir for 2 minutes now add garlic bhujia stair for 2 minutes now add coriander leaves serve hot.
