  3. Add cut potatoes, pepper, salt and water,let it boil till they're soft
  4. When the level of water has reduced and the potatoes are ready,add your mix of beans and maize and mix
  5. Add cut hoho on top and sprinkle coriander leaves
  6. Mix well and let it heat for a few minutes
  7. Serve while hot
