  3. Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and saute for 3 min. Now add some spices-turmeric powder(1tbsp),red chilli powder (1tbsp), garam masala(1/2tbsp),cumin powder(1 tbsp),salt-as required. Mix well and cover for 5 min
  4. Slow the flame and add curd(1 bowl/cup) and keep on mixing and cover for 2-3 min. Finely add our roasted bringal(step-1),sprinkle coriander leaves. mix it well, our 'lucknawi Shahi baingan' is ready to serve
