Add ¾ cup wheat flour, ¼ Ts baking powder and beat well till it is combined well. Mix well to make it lump free. Beat an egg in a small bowl, then brush all corners of the crepes with the egg wash. Gently roll the crepes into a log, then roll the log into a coil shape.

Steps to make Crepe egg roll:
  1. At first prepare crepe batter. Take 1 egg and milk into a mixing bowl. Beat together.
  2. Now add maida, salt, baking powder into the egg batter. Mix it well to incorporate everything. Keep it aside.
  3. In another bowl, take 2 eggs, chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt. Mix it well.
  4. Now heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the crepe batter into it. Cook it for 2-3 mins. Now with spoon pour egg batter on the crepe and cook it for 1 min. Flip the crepe and again cook it for 1 min. Flip it and put some cheese as a topping on the crepe.
  5. Cover it and cook it for 2 mins until the cheese completely melts. Take it out from frying pan and roll it when it’s hot. Serve it with ketchup.
