  1. Remove the skin of garlic and keep it ready
  2. Chop the garlic and take them in mixer
  3. Grind garlic first till it is smooth. Now add tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder.
  4. Grind till everything is mixed and smooth.
  5. Now heat oil in pan - Add mustard and allow it to crack.
  6. Then add grounded chutney and mix it
  7. Saute it nicely for 4-5 minutes till oil oozes out. - Serve it with idli/dosa.

This is one of the chutneys I make for travel because it stays good for a day without refrigeration. My Dad loves this chutney a lot as it tastes spicy. Usually I add more onion and less garlic but this morning I tried the same chutney adding more garlic cloves and less onion.
