4. Bring to a boil, put lid and whistle on cooker. Allow 2 whistles, take off heat.
5. Allow the steam to go down in cooker, open gently
6. Garnish with chopped coriander and a spoonful of ghee.(ghee is optional)
7. Serve them piping hot.
