Mix eggs, salt, soy sauce and Mirin in a bowl. Heat a pan at medium high temperature and add oil. (A rectangular Tamagoyaki pan is best, but a round pan can work as well.) Pour a thin layer of egg mixture in the pan, tilting to cover the bottom of the pan. Remove the rolls from the oven.

Instructions to make Japeness egg rolls:
  1. Wash and chop the carrot,onion and spring onion.
  2. Take a mixing bowl break the eggs and whisk it, add carrot, onion and spring onion into the egg and mix it well.
  3. Also add milk, black pepper powder and salt and mix it well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the two tbsp egg mixture into the heated pan and cook for few mins., so that the top is slightly uncooked, push it over the side of the pan.
  5. Add little oil into the pan and add another small amount of egg mixture into the pan
  6. Cook a little set on top now roll the egg.,repeat the same process.
  7. Once cooled sliced the pieces.
  8. Serve hot with bread.
