Instructions to make Sprouts Pakora Tart:
  1. For tart, 1 cup flour in a bowl, then add salt and butter. Mix well. Then sprinkle water in a parts and make a thick dough. Once dough is ready, make balls out of it.
  2. Now roll the balls in a rolling pin. Then press it in a moulds. After that with the help of forks make a hole. Then bake in a preheated OTG for 15 minutes in 400 degree.
  3. Then griend 3/4 cup sprouts in a griender with onion, garlic, ginger and chilli.
  4. Then add coriander, cuming, cornflower and rice powder in the mixture. Add black cuming and salt as per taste.
  5. Now in a pan add oil. Once it heat, reduce the flame add make pokora from the mixture. Once all done keep it handy.
  6. In the mean while prepare the tart filling. With 1/4 cup sprout add yogurt and chat masala. Mix well. And keep it ready.
  7. Once tart baked, then stuffed the sprouts pakora and sprouts mixture into it and serve.
