  2. Make ready 1 cup khichdi rice
  3. Make ready 3/4 cup splited moong dal

  18. Get 2 tbsp ghee

Moong Dal Khichdi is a healthy and yummy Khichdi which is usually made in Gujarati and Rajasthani households. It is served along with Batata Nu Shaak, Gujarati Kadhi or Punjabi Kadhi topped with. Dapka Kadhi, Bhinda Kadhi, Kofta Kadhi and lots more. Kadhi is a traditional Gujarati preparation of a wonderful sweet and spicy curd mixture thickened with besan.

Instructions to make Kadhi and khichdi:
  1. First take rice and dal bothe in pressure cooker and wash them very well then keep it aside for 10 min. Add salt
  2. Now pressure cook the khichdi for 2-3 whistle add ghee on top our khichdi is ready
  3. For kadhi first take buttermilk in a bowl and once blend it with blender the add gram flour, salt, jaggery and grated gingre to it
  4. Now take all the masala, methi seeds,, green chilli, whole red chilli, and other also which I mentioned above
  5. Now heat the ghee in pan add cumin seeds and curry leaves to it and all the above masala to it now add buttermilk to it and boil for 7-8 min.
  6. Kadhi is ready to serve
