  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon methi
  7. Prepare 4 curry leaf

Kadhi and Khichdi - A nutritious and comforting meal, home cooked by my mom is In winters, we enjoyed Khichdi with a piping hot bowl of yogurt based soupkadhi and in the summer it was served. Punjabi Kadhi pakora is ready to be served. Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also.

Instructions to make Kadhi:
  1. Take a bowl, 1/2 cup besan, Turmeric powder, salt and make thick paste and make pakoda. Take another bowl put 2 tablespoon besan salt turmeric powder ginger garlic paste mix.
  2. Take a pan, put oil then methi seeds, mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaf and then pour mixture, add sugar.
  3. Cook 5 minutes and add pakora cook 10 minutes and its done serve it hot.

Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also. My husband makes the khichdi, I make the kadhi. The first time I made this recipe, hubby was a little skeptical about the turmeric and. Sindhi Kadhi is very delicious and nutritious.
