  1. Add gram flour in a mixing bowl. Add baking soda and mix well. Add little water to make thick mixture for Pakoda. Turn on the flame and heat oil in a kadhai. Drop small amount of mixture at a time. Keep flipping in between, fry it till it turns golden brown. Pakoda is ready to put it in kadhai.
  2. Add gram flour into a mixing bowl. Add curd and turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it well. There are no lumps of gram flour remaining in it. Add 1 glass water to make it thin. Turn on the flame and let the kadhai heat. Add oil to kadhai. Then add Asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add dry red chilli. Keep the flame on medium and saute them. Whisk the batter before use. Keep stirring the mixture to prevent lumps. Add 1 glass of water to it. Mix it well.
  3. Let it come to boil on high flame. Keep stirring it. Once kadhi starts boiling, reduce the flame to medium and cook it for 1-2 minutes. When the kadhi is cooked properly turn off the flame. Add salt to taste and add pakoda into the kadhi. Dip the pakoda into the kadhi.
  4. Delicious kadhi - pakoda is ready. Take it out in a serving bowl. Serve hot with rice and Chapati…..
