Instructions to make Tomato Rasam:
  1. Firstly chopped two tomatoes
  2. Add Cumin seeds,black peppercorns and Garlic cloves in the small jar of a grinder.
  3. Grind them in to medium paste.
  4. Add tomatoes in the same jar and grind smothe puree
  5. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds.when mustard seeds crackled asafoedia,dry red chili and curry leaves.
  6. Add cumin black peper and garlic cloves and garlic paste
  7. Saute it for a minutes
  8. Add tomatoes puree.Mix well and cook it add 1cup of water.
  9. Add 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Mix Red chilli powder and hing and salt
  11. Mixing and boil few minutes and cook for 5 minutes.
  12. Add finely chopped coriander leaves
  13. Turn of the flame and transfer it to a bowl. Rasam is Ready served with steamed rice.

Without Tomato Rasam, meal is not complete.
