Punjabi Kadhi Pakora is one of the most popular North Indian dishes! Deep fried fritters (pakora) are I am sharing my absolute favorite way to make the best Punjabi Kadhi Pakora at home.

Kadhi is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. Kadhi is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook kadhi using 16 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Kadhi:
  1. Take 1.5 cups full fat sour curd or khatta dahi Or yogurt
  2. Prepare 3 cups water or add as required
  3. Take 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  4. Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. Get 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  6. Make ready generous pinch of hing
  7. Take 1-1.5 teaspoon salt or add as required
  8. Get 8 tablespoon besan Or about 40 grams of besan
  9. Take as required Mustard oil or sunflower oil or any oil for shallow frying
  10. Make ready as required Or deep frying pakors
  11. Prepare 1or 1/3 cup small onion to medium onion , chopped onion
  12. Prepare 1tablespoon chopped ginger
  13. Make ready 8 -10 fenugreek seeds
  14. Take 2 green chiles chopped 2 red chillies broken
  15. Take 1teaspoon cumin seeds
  16. Prepare 1 pinch hing

Kadhi and Khichdi - A nutritious and comforting meal, home cooked by my mom is In winters, we enjoyed Khichdi with a piping hot bowl of yogurt based soupkadhi and in the summer it was served. Punjabi Kadhi pakora is ready to be served. Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also.

Instructions to make Kadhi:
  1. Ina bowl take 1.5 cups sour curd or about 375 grams of curd whisk it well till smooth add 8 tbsp gram flour 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp salt to the whisked curd stir and mix everything again add 3 cups water and stir again stir very well to make a smooth mixture without
  2. Lumps if there are lumps then break with a wired whisk or a spatula or with young fingers keep the curd mixture aside you can use a blender to make this mixture but make sure you don't over do it you will get butter insted of a smooth blender curd

Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also. My husband makes the khichdi, I make the kadhi. The first time I made this recipe, hubby was a little skeptical about the turmeric and. Sindhi Kadhi is very delicious and nutritious.
