  1. Heat a heavy base kdai. Put some oil.Heat oil,then put methi Dana and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves also.On other side,chop 1 onion.Put in kdai. Saute till it changes colour.
  2. On other side take curd. Put 50g gram flour and put some water. With the help of hand blender,mix it properly.Make the mixture without bubbles.
  3. Then put the mixture in kdai.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt as per your taste. Boil it on slow flame around 30-35 min.
  4. Then for pakora.Chop 2 onions add 100g gram flour.Put some salt,chilli powder, cumin seeds. Make a fine paste.Make small pakoras and deep fry it.
  5. Till that time our kadi is ready. Put the kasuri methi. Boil for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Then put pakoras in it. Our kadi pakora is ready
