  2. I chopped onions add in a sauce pan add ginger and garlic paste stir and add the minced meat continue fry for 3 munites add da naija pot cubes continue stir untill no more watar is left in the meat
  3. I add eggs to the blended beans put a pinch of salt and use mixer to beat untill floppy, then i add the minced meat to the floppy beans stir well and keep aside
  4. I heat enough oil for deep frying, when the oil is hot i begin to fry the kosai one after the other and by turning each side so that both the 2 sides can cook properly.I continue with the process untill i finish my beans paste.Then i served with pap.
