Instructions to make Minced meat rice:
  1. Wash and dry your rice
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add your dry rice and fry
  3. Its now done remove the rice from oil and put in a siever
  4. Heat some oil in a pan add tomatoe paste to fry for 5minutes then add your minced meat i already cooked it with some spices and seasonings
  5. Fry for 10minutes and keep aside
  6. Set pot on a fire add in your rice and enough water to cook it
  7. When the water remain small add in cummin,black pp and fennel seed
  8. Add in thyme bahrain,cardamon and seasonings to ur taste and stir well
  9. Then add in minced meat and soy sauce stir well and lower th heat till all cooked
  10. Its done
