  3. Boil for 5 min leaves
  4. Stuff the leaves with the mixture and roll them in parcels and place in the over for 20min @ 180C (fan)
  5. Serve with greens, beans salad and couscous for example and enjoy!
  6. Use the left over and spare mixture for a Bolognese sauce tomorrow!
