  1. Marinate the minced meat using Ginger and garlic paste, seasoning,salt and spices.place about three tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan add ur onions and add ur marinated minced meat.use a spoon to stir it continuously,you dont need to add water because minced meat automatically produces water when you are cooking it. Allow to cook for some minutes till the oil starts appearing. Stir fry the meat for some few minutes.
  2. For the carrot you add some oil into a pan.add ur diced carrot and little seasoning add ur spring onion stir fry both the carrot and the spring onions.add ur tumeric powder to give it an attractive colour add the carrot to the minced meat and mix.. Your sauce is ready
