Quick Tandoori Salmon Recipe: a restaurant-style salmon recipe that absolutely 'melts-in-your-mouth'. Made using homemade Indian tandoori masala, yogurt, fresh ginger-garlic paste, and Indian spices. Place the salmon on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, paprika, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, lime juice.

Instructions to make Tandoori Salmon:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the salmon.
  2. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets and coat them well.

Place the salmon on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together the ginger-garlic paste, paprika, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, lime juice. Brush filets with reserved marinade, and transfer to a baking sheet. Place the salmon on the baking sheet. For the tandoori salmon, place all the spices in a medium bowl and mix with the oil and yoghurt.
