  1. Add oil and onion and garlic saute on low heat until onion is clear and never brown your garlic you lose the flavor !
  2. In another pot bring water to a boil with tsp of salt and a little oil for the angle hair
  3. To the garlic and onion now add the tomato paste and crushed tomatoes
  4. Stir in the crushed red pepper flakes and basil and the sugar
  5. Now add your shrimp cook until your is done. Caution do not over cook your shrimp as it will become to chewy
  6. Enjoy with a little parmesan cheese and garlic bread

Tender, succulent shrimp and al dente pasta are tossed in a rich, tomato based sauce embellished. I use this recipe to make both Shrimp Fra Diavolo and Lobster Fra Diavolo, just substitute the shrimp with Lobster meat. We usually serve it over linguine. If you like it hot just increase the red pepper.
