2. Starain off the water n leave ur noodles in colander to cool off
3. Add up oil to pan, add onions to fry. Add up ur beef,pepper n sliced onions and ur grated carrots n fry over a low heat. Add ur ur curry n black pepper n mix n continue turning. Add up ur noodles n fry,at the same time turning. When ur veggies are well incorporated u turn off the heat
4. Break ur egg,add ur pepper n onions. add seasoning n curry n beat. Set ur pan on fire,add up little oil n turn d beaten egg into pan n fry. Flip the other side n fry…until it is well fried. Turn it to ur noodles plate n serve
