  6. Roast the cumin seeds and add chopped onion roast them also but not too much just make them dry and golden
  7. Add tomatoes and all the spices simmer them gently and at very low heat let it roast at least for 15 to 20 minutes
  8. Now add peas and boiled eggplant
  9. Let mix them with masala gently and keep at low flame for 20 to 25 minutes
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves
