Take Mix everything in a bowl let the flavours infuse
Steps to make Chicken Dumplings:
Knead dough well and keep aside. Mix in the ingredients with the chicken mince and set aside.

In a non stick frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and place the dumplings flat side down. Let them brown on each side. Then add about 1/2 a cup water in the same pan and cover and let it steam and cook until all the water dries out.
Serve with the dipping sauce mentioned above. You can also enjoy these with the chilli oil I posted earlier.
