  1. Soak rajma in water for 8-10 hrs and pressure cook it.
  2. Remove water from it and mash it coarsly.
  3. In a pan heat oil.
  4. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Saute it.
  5. Add chopped tomato and capsicum. Saute till oil seperates.
  6. Add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, sugar, chilli flakes, oregano and tomato sauce.
  7. Add boiled corn and coarsly mashed rajma.
  8. Mix well and cook for couple of minutes. Mixture should not be soggy.
  9. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature
  10. Take one tortilla, spread rajma stuffing over it.
  11. Spread grated cheese over it.
  12. Cover with other tortilla and press it slightly.
  13. Cook both sides with oil or butter on heated tawa.
  14. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
