Add Vanilla Essence, Powder Sugar and Baking Powder. Mix until everything Combines.
Add Milk and Stir.
In another Bowl add Food Colour and Flour. Mix and Mix. Gradually add Liquid Batch in the Dry Mixture, Mix Mix Mix.
Put the Batter in a 8 inch greased and lined square pan. Tap to Remove Air Bubbles.
Bake in the Oven for 30-45 minutes on162°C. (Depending on your Oven's Heat).
Check with a Cake Tester when it's ready.
Let it Cool completely and Cut it in Square Pieces.
Melt the Chocolate in microwave. Dip each piece of Brownie in the Chocolate. You can even Decorate more.
