To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have bibimbap using 24 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Bibimbap:
  1. Prepare Meat and meat sauce
  2. Get 100 grams beef
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp soy sauce
  4. Get 1 tbsp sesame oil
  5. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  6. Take Vegetables and other
  7. Get 200 grams mildly seasoned spinach
  8. Make ready 350 grams mildly seasoned bean sprout
  9. Make ready 100 grams shiitake mushroom
  10. Get 120 grams zucchini or carrot
  11. Prepare 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
  12. Make ready 4 cup steamed rice
  13. Make ready 4 eggs
  14. Make ready 1 vegetable oil to cook meat, mushroom, zucchini, eggs
  15. Prepare 1 tsp ground salt
  16. Take 1 Korean seasoned seaweed cutted in strips (optional)
  17. Get Bibimbap sauce
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp gochujang
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp sesame oil
  20. Take 1 tbsp sugar
  21. Take 1 tbsp water
  22. Get 1 tbsp roasted sesame seed
  23. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  24. Prepare 1 tsp minced garlic
Steps to make Bibimbap:
  1. For meat, mix the beef with the meat sauce listed. Leave it for 30 mins.
  2. Add some vegetable oil on the wok and cook the shiitake mushroom (thinly sliced) on medium high tohigh heat until they are all cooked.
  3. Wash, and cut the zucchini/carrot in strips. Add some vegetable oil and salt in a wok and cook the zucchini on medium high to high heat for 2-3 mins
  4. Cook the marinated beef in a wok with a little amount of oil. Wait for it to turn light brown then turn off the heat.
  5. Make fried eggs (Sunny side up or anythingbyou want)
  6. Mix the bibimbap sauce ingredients in a bowl
  7. Put the rice into a bowl and add the meat, assorted vegetables, seasoned seaweed, egg and the bibimbap sauce on top of the rice.
  8. Serve it
  9. Mix the ingredients well in the bowl and enjoy it.
