The ingredients needed to make Chili beans:
  1. Get 1 Zucchini
  2. Get 1 Red Onion
  3. Prepare 1 Red Bell Pepper (or any other you like)
  4. Prepare 1 Big Carrot
  5. Take Garlic
  6. Make ready 1 Canned Beans, Red or Pinto
  7. Make ready Tomato Sauce
  8. Get 1 Can Diced Tomatos
  9. Take Veggie Broth
  10. Prepare Spices: oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper and cilantro
  11. Take Ground Beef
Steps to make Chili beans:
  1. In a pan add olive oil, garlic, onions, bell peppers, carrot and zucchini. All cut in cubes.
  2. Let it cook for 10min
  3. Add the ground beef and let it cook, breaking the meat
  4. When the ground beef is cooked add the canned beans rinsed and drained. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth. Stir and let it cook for about 30min
  5. Spice it up with oregano, cumin, salt and pepper
  6. Cilantro to garnish
  7. If you want it veggie, add quinoa when adding the beans
