  1. Remove the scales and the intestines of the fish and wash thoroughly esp the gills.put in a kitchen basin and add 1/4 teaspoon of coriander, salt to taste, pepper, pilau masala,squeeze the lemon juice,grinded garlic and make sure both sides are embedded I'm this mix. cover leave for 20 minutes
  2. Heat the pan and deep fry the fish. Make sure both sides of the fish till it is brown
  3. In a pan add 2 spoonful of cooking oil. Then add the cut onions, once they are light brown add coriander,cupsicum,grated garlic
  4. Stir for 2 minutes then add the grated carrots.
  5. Stir till the tomatoes are soft and mixed well to be a paste. Add 250 g of water. Let it boil
  6. Add the deep fried fish. Put salt to taste and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of Roiko and let it simmer for 3 minutes
  7. Serve with the greens and ugali
