2. ..then add abit of water enof to just cover the kale boil the curly kale until soft..then can use the water(or coconut water cream) to cook the meat..add choped onions until meat is half cooked or so..add fresh lemon juice,then add abit of cookin oil then now add the spinach..cook spinach.then at the end add the curly kale(note that,the fresh tomatoes is optional)
