  5. Roast it in a non stick pan.

  7. For Rice,In a non stick pan add 1 tbsp Ghee and then add all the chopped vegetables,rice and salt per taste.
  8. Toss it and cook it and then the rice part is ready.
  9. For French Fries,Fry the French Fries shapes cut potatoes till crispy.
  10. For Gravy,Heat oil and then add Ginger and Garlic pastes,Onion and then cook them for 1-2 minutes.
  11. Now add the boiled veggies and then put off the stove.Then add the chilli sauce, ketchup,baked beans,Salt and pepper.
  12. Now gravy is ready.
  13. For Green Chutney,Grind all ingredients by adding little water.

  15. Serving Procedure,Take a plate and place lettuce or cabbage leaves if accessible and then place some cutlets when warm immediately and then place green chutney below the cutlets
  16. Then place hot rice on top of the cutlets and green chutney.
  17. Over the rice place the freshly hot French Fries.
  18. Finally over the French Fries place a layer of the steaming hot gravy.
  19. Garnish with Salad and Serve hot
