For Cutlets,Take the boiled and mashed potatoes.
Take all ingredients except for chat masala and 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs and grind in a Mixie till it is coarse
Now mix all these ingredients with chat Masala and Mashed Potatoes.
Now make a cutlet of this mixture and then roll them in the bread crumbs with sooji mixed in.
Roast it in a non stick pan.
Now it's ready.
For Rice,In a non stick pan add 1 tbsp Ghee and then add all the chopped vegetables,rice and salt per taste.
Toss it and cook it and then the rice part is ready.
For French Fries,Fry the French Fries shapes cut potatoes till crispy.
For Gravy,Heat oil and then add Ginger and Garlic pastes,Onion and then cook them for 1-2 minutes.
Now add the boiled veggies and then put off the stove.Then add the chilli sauce, ketchup,baked beans,Salt and pepper.
Now gravy is ready.
For Green Chutney,Grind all ingredients by adding little water.
Now it's ready.
Serving Procedure,Take a plate and place lettuce or cabbage leaves if accessible and then place some cutlets when warm immediately and then place green chutney below the cutlets
Then place hot rice on top of the cutlets and green chutney.
Over the rice place the freshly hot French Fries.
