  1. Get almonds(soaked in warm water for 1 hour)
  2. Make ready tomato puree

  26. Get roasted almonds
Steps to make Almond Curry:
  1. Dry roast whole spices mentioned for dry masala. Cool and grind to a powder. Keep aside.
  2. In kadhai add heat oil, add chopped onion and green chillies ginger paste. Saute till onion turns pinkish. Add chopped tomato, garlic cloves and corn flour. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Cool and grind to smooth paste. Keep aside.
  3. Remove skin and chopped soaked almonds in halves. In small pan add heat 1 tbsp ghee. Add almond halves. Fry on slow flame till crispy golden. Remove in plate. Grate paneer keep aside.
  4. In kadhai add heat ghee. Add cummin seeds as splutter add grinded onion- tomato paste. Saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree. On medium flame saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add dry roasted spices powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder,salt, sugar powder. Mix and cook for 1 minute. Add grated paneer & roasted almonds halves. Mix well and cook for few minutes.
  6. Transfer in serving plate. Garnish with dry kasuri methi, fresh cream and roasted almonds halves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Almond Curry with parathas.
