  4. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until done. Toothpick inserted into the centre should be clean
  5. Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Demould from the pan. Now allow to cool completely. Cut and serve with jams or Nutella etc
