Remove brown skin of coconut and grate it.Add it to boiling sago kheer and boil till thick.Sprinkle cardamom powder.Allow the kheer and pineapple to cool completely.Spread a layer of pineapple at bottom of a glass bowl.Then pour the sago kheer.Garnish with raisins and caramelised pineapple on top and serve chilled pineapple delight.
