1. Remove the skin of boiled potatoes and mesh it properly.
2. Take oil in a pan. add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and saute it. Once onion turns translucent, add grated carrot, turmeric, red chilli, salt and mix well.
3. Mix all-purpose flour, rice flour and corn flour. Add salt, pepper powder, required quantity of water and prepare thin batter.
4. Now we will prepare sheets from this batter. Keep a non-stick pan to heat up. Brush it with little oil. Now spread the batter in square shape. In a few seconds, it will start cooking. Remove it from the pan once it is cooked little bit only. We are not going to cook it completely at this stage.
5. Prepare all the sheets in similar way.
6. In 2 tsp of flour mix little water and prepare paste.
7. Keep one sheet. Keep the prepared potato stuffing in center of it. Now roll it from both the sides in the way that one edge overlap the other one. Seal it using the prepared paste. Seal it in the way that all four sides are covered properly.
8. Deep fry it in hot oil till it become crisp and golden.
9. Serve it with ketchup. Potato cigar is ready.
