  1. cut chicken,slice vegetables.
  2. fry chicken with sesame oil and chopped garlic clove,until colour changes. add vegetables and fry until cooked.
  3. add ginger,peanut butter,corriander,lemon juice and soy sauce.if dry,add a little stock or water.
  4. mix well,and enjoy! you can substitute with any veges and meat,just make sure they are cut in same size so it cooks evenly.
  5. you can substitute onion for a bunch of spring onion too,yum!
