  7. Take As needed Water
  8. Take 1/4 tsp baking soda

  1. After 4-5 hrs of soaking dal. Strain the water from the dal. Take a grinder add green chillies, ginger, Cumin seeds and soaked green lentil.
  2. Corsely crush without water.(If required add 2-3 tbsp of water) take out in a bowl and whisk is well for 5 min. Now add salt.
  3. With onions. Mix it well now if required add 2-3 tbsp of water and 1/4 tsp Baking soda. Mix it vigorously. Put pan/ kadhai with oil on Medium flame.
  4. Once the oil get hot. Drop Small small amt of batter in hot oil with Ur hand. Let it fry in golden. Take it out on kitchen towel. thanks
  5. Fritters / Pakodas r ready to serve. Serve with some onion rings, fried Chillies with ketchup or any Chutney of Ur choice.
