  2. Combine Parmesan cheese, garlic seasoning (your desired amount), and bread crumbs together, place in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken in olive oil mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place in an ungreased 13X9 inch backing pan. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes or until juices run clean when chicken is pierced with a fork.
  5. I use larger bread crumbs, such as Planko crispy bread crumbs (plain), and Kraft shredded Parmesan cheese. I like to make a little extra bread crumb mixture to add to the top.
