  2. Mix dry ingredients (milk powder, flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder)
  3. Add egg first and wishk the batter then add water (in accordance to u're preference) 2 tbs and whisk
  4. Add honey and oil then mix all up together
  5. Preheated the pan on medium low heat and start to cook the pancake
  6. If the bubbles/ holes start appear then your pancake is ready to flip and wait 30 second or so then check if its done. Repeat for the rest of the batter
  7. Serve with any topping you like. My topping are blueberry jam (on each top layer) raisin, strawberry, and dried coconut

Divide the batter among the prepared cake pans. Place them into the oven and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of each comes out. Transfer cakes, right side up, to wire racks. Transfer cake to a cake stand. I love the crisp edges this cake pan gives.
