  1. Make ready 1 big ball of imli
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp coarsely grounded jaggery

  4. Get 1 tbsp jeera
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Sendha salt
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Take 8-10 raisins
Instructions to make Imli and jaggery chutney:
  1. Soak Imli for an hour. Then boil it and switch off the flame. Let it cool. Sieve it when cool.
  2. Add jaggery in it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes till it becomes thick.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and roasted jeera. Put some raisins in it.
  4. Can be stored in refrigerator upto one month. It can be served with snacks. I have used only vrat ingredients in it.
