The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Get 2 cups Left over rice
  2. Make ready 1 onion chopped
  3. Make ready 1 Carrot chopped

  1. Heat oil in pan on full flame, add onion in it and saute it add all the veggies and fry it on full flame for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add salt, Green chilli and mix it
  3. Add chings masala and shezwan Chutney in it mix it and cook it for 1-2 minutes
  4. Add rice in it and mix it and cook it for more 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
